If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, you may email us at support@withubeauty.in with your cancellation request. We will review your request and, at our sole discretion, may approve the cancellation.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If a cancellation request is approved, refunds for prepaid orders will be initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
