Can I cancel or change my order?

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We’ll review your request and resolve it as quickly as possible.
